Metro Detroit Weather: Shower and storm chance late Tuesday

Partly cloudy skies and lows in the mid to upper 60s. Much of tomorrow is dry until late in the day. From then through Wednesday there could be more storms. The most widespread will be Wednesday.

Showers and non-severe thunderstorms are likely again Tuesday afternoon ahead of a storm system Wednesday that will bring more widespread showers and storms. Highs peak in the low to mid 80s both days.

High pressure starts to build in Thursday, but a few lingering showers are possible in the afternoon. Eventually the high will bring sunny skies for Friday and into the weekend.

Tuesday: Partly sunny with a chance for showers & storms late in the day. Highs in the mid 80s. Winds: SW 5 mph.
Wednesday: Partly sunny with a shower chance. High of 84°. Winds: SW 5-15 mph.
