A Wind Advisory is in effect for all of Southeast Michigan from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday. Winds will be 25 to 35 mph with gusts around 45 mph.
Friday will be warm and windy to end the week. Our temps will get into the low 50s during the day on Friday, but as mentioned above, wind gusts could be up to 45 mph.
A cold front moves through Friday night and the weekend will be much colder. Highs both days will be near 30°. It will be breezy Saturday and brighter Sunday.
Friday: Mostly cloudy with highs in the mid to upper 40s and around 50° in Detroit. Winds: SSW 20-35 mph and gusty.
Saturday: Partly to mostly cloudy with a cold wind of 15-25 mph. Highs in the upper 20s.
