The Lions beat the Vikings and sit atop the division and the entire NFC.
"I didn't want to call it a must-win, but our guys know how important it is," Dan Campbell said on Monday.
"When you talk about the endgame and where you want to be at the end of the season, you want to win the division," he said. "Everything needs to run through Detroit."
