The owner of the Double D Bar and Grille in Mount Clemens says two thieves were caught on video breaking into her business at about 4 am.
Once inside after hopping a fence, they could be seen stealing hundreds of dollars worth of liquor and beer. After filling up a garbage bag with alcohol, they left on foot leaving many of those bottles scattered in the parking lot.
Bar owner Sarah Pierno says it's hurt their family owned business in more ways than one.
"They did look very drunk and there were full beer bottles scattered on the property," she says.
The business has posted images of the burglars on Facebook in hopes of someone turning them in.
Tonight, Macomb County deputies are investigating the burglary on North River Road.
"I would hope they turn themselves in because it's not okay for people to come and take your property. We've worked very hard at this business," says Pierno.
