Dominique Jones-Hardy, 31, was charged with felony murder, second degree murder and child abuse in the death of his 8-month-old son.
It is alleged that he abused his son, causing a severe head injury on Dec. 11 at his home in the 11600 block of Lang.
The child was taken to a local hospital on Dec. 12 for treatment and died on Dec. 14.
