(WXYZ) — Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, the Democratic vice presidential nominee, was in Macomb County on Friday morning.
Walz spoke on a variety of topics, including the auto industry, unions, and even congratulated the Detroit Tigers for their playoff run.

Walz has previously visited Grand Rapids, East Lansing and Ann Arbor.
Walz's visit is the latest political visit to the state, after Republican vice presidential nominee JD Vance was in Detroit on Tuesday and former President Donald Trump spoke in Detroit on Thursday.
