A London-based cookie company spent 15 months creating a massive gingerbread house for the 2016 holiday season.

Biscuiteer created a gingerbread replica of the late 1800s Waddeston Manor when the United Kingdom's National Trust commissioned the company for the job back in 2015.

According to House Beautiful, the six-foot-long, entirely edible gingerbread mansion is made up of the following:

  • 480 lbs. of icing
  • 240 eggs
  • 66 lbs. of butter and sugar

The bakers of this holiday masterpiece released a video giving a behind the scenes look at the creation process.
